WINTER SEASON INFORMATION:
Welcome Swimmers and Parents to the Woodstock Dolphins Winter
2009-10 Season! The board of directors has been able to finalize
most of the information for the upcoming season and we are excited
to share it with all potential new swimmers and our veteran
swimmers.
The “Try-it” program for all rookie swimmers will begin
on Monday, September 28, 2009 with an Orientation. Please join
members of the Board of Directors, meet our coaches and view our
pool any time between 6 -8 pm on that evening. The swimmers will be
in the water beginning Tuesday, September 29, 2009 from 6-7
pm. New swimmer will practice on Tuesday’s and
Thursday’s for 2 weeks and then we hope you stay with us for
the entire season. If your swimmer has had prior swim team
experience, please submit your swimmer’s times to the coaches

renee.walker@woodstockdolphins.com) so that your swimmer can be
properly placed at a practice time that is more suited to their
skill level.
Our developmental level will practice every Tuesday and Thursday
from 6-7 pm at the Woodstock North High School. The
“Try-it” program has been established for all new
swimmers to the Woodstock Dolphins to have an opportunity to swim
for 2 weeks before committing to the team and submitting their
registration and fees.
NOTE: Due to liability and insurance issues we are
required to collect a non-refundable $60 fee for any swimmer that
enters the pool area. For all "Try-it” Program
participants, please bring a check (NO CASH!) for $60 made out to
WSA (i.e. Woodstock Swimming Assoc.). If you decide to join
the team, that amount will be applied toward the USA Swimming
portion of our team membership fees.
