Dear Dolphin families,
It has come to my attention that there was an apparel shortage at
our Woodstock Winter Splashtastic meet with the custom-made
on site apparel. Some team members were not able to purchase
apparel because the vendor, Fine Designs, ran out of sizes or
colors or certain items.
Please contact me directly at angelas@dls.net
if this is the case for your swimmer. I need to know what
item was out of stock and what design your swimmers want so I can
get it ordered. I am working with the vendor to get the
situation addressed and get any sweatshirts or other items quickly
expedited and shipped directly to your homes. The vendor is
offering to resolve this quite nicely for us and give these
families special pricing.
Sorry for the shortages – this is a learning process and we
will continue to improve at each meet on sizes, selection and
pricing of apparel.
